Niecy McCaskill

Niecy joined Interactive Discovery in 2024 as the Office Manager and Community Outreach Coordinator, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing client interactions and supporting administrative functions. Her responsibilities include managing client appointments, handling patient communications, ensuring financial transactions, and assisting the Clinical Director and team with database management and referral coordination. She is instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment and improving client access to external services through proactive outreach efforts.

Notably, Niecy has been instrumental in attaining the practice's MWBE (Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise) certification; a key achievement that strengthens Interactive Discovery's standing within the community and opens new avenues for engagement. Her community outreach efforts extend further through her partnership with the Industry Scholars Program, where she has hosted several cohorts of high school interns, providing hands-on experience and mentorship to aspiring young professionals within the practice.

Before joining ID, Niecy held positions such as Population Health Coordinator at Burke Family Practice and Wellness Coordinator/Front Desk Manager at Tysons GYN and Menopause Center. Her educational background includes a BA in Sociology/Criminology from Hampton University, complemented by certifications in Business Management from The George Washington University, Holistic Health and Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Culinary Arts from the Natural Kitchen Cooking School, and raw foods certifications from both Alissa Cohen and Aris Latham.

In addition to her professional qualifications, Niecy holds certifications in CPR and BLS, and is a certified Yoga Instructor. Her diverse skill set, strong communication abilities, and dedication to maintaining high standards in client care make her an invaluable asset to the ID team, contributing significantly to the practice's success and client satisfaction.

In her free time, Niecy enjoys reading, attending various cultural events and exhibits, cooking, and spoiling her mini poodle, Pepper.
