Interactive Discovery is proud to share that we have officially been certified as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by New York State. This designation is more than a recognition of our female-majority leadership, it represents our commitment to excellence, equity, and inclusivity in mental health care.

As part of the State’s effort to advance Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), WBE certification provides greater visibility and opportunities for organizations like ours to collaborate with schools, public agencies, and community partners. Certification also signals to families and organizations that our services meet the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and ethical practice.

At Interactive Discovery, our mission has always been to provide evidence-based, compassionate, and developmentally informed mental health services. We specialize in supporting children, adolescents, families, and schools through a wide range of offerings including:

  • Individual therapy and family therapy

  • Psychological and neuropsychological assessments

  • Group therapy programs focused on prevention, social skills, loss and bereavement, anxiety, bullying, trauma, and emotional self-regulation

  • School-based services including counseling, crisis intervention, professional development workshops, and parent education

  • Wellness coaching, mind-body nutrition, and resilience-building programs for students, parents, and educators

This certification expands our ability to partner with schools, community organizations, and government agencies that value inclusive mental health initiatives. It ensures we are well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to projects that prioritize student wellbeing, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive support.

By being part of New York State’s certified WBE network, we are also proud to represent the importance of women’s leadership in mental health and education services.
