Clinical Supervision Services
Interactive Discovery offers supportive, clinically rich individual and group supervision for both pre-licensed and licensed mental health professionals. Our experienced supervising clinicians bring a wealth of knowledge across multiple specialties and are committed to helping clinicians deepen their skills, confidence, and professional identity. Based on your clinical training needs and interests, we thoughtfully match supervisees with a supervisor who can best support their growth.
Our supervision groups provide a collaborative learning environment where clinicians can deepen their clinical skills, explore complex cases, and reflect on their therapeutic work. Supervision is grounded in a relational, attachment-based, developmentally informed, and culturally responsive framework, supporting clinicians in developing thoughtful and effective approaches to working with clients and families.
In addition to clinical consultation, supervision may also include guidance on practice development and the business aspects of clinical work. Group supervision fosters shared learning, ethical practice, and a sense of professional community while supporting clinicians in meeting licensure requirements, depending on discipline and state regulations.
Through both individual mentorship and group collaboration, our supervision program aims to cultivate reflective, skilled clinicians who feel supported in their ongoing professional development.
