Wednesdays from 11am-12:30pm EST for 8 weeks at our Grand Army Plaza location (34 Plaza Street East, Unit 106, Brooklyn NY 11238) starting this October!

Group Description

This group is for adult women of all ages that are interested in somatically connecting with their creative selves through guided visual art-making , writing, music , and mindfulness. The therapeutic process will be experiential and will offer a space to process feelings while enjoying the physical and emotional benefits of creativity . In addition , it will be a safe and supportive environment to explore topics with other women related to relationships, professional wellness, family issues , and balancing personal needs with everyday responsibilities. Women experiencing depression and anxiety will also find tools in the creative process to build resiliency and coping strategies to utilize in daily life.

Cost:

$600 for 8 sessions!
